Katrin Geyskens


Before her 15+ years in venture capital, Katrin acquired extensive experience in banking and management consulting at CERA Bank (now KBC), Merrill Lynch (now BofA) and A.T.Kearney. She holds a Master of Business Economics: Business Engineering degree from KU Leuven and an MBA of the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

At Capricorn, Katrin is currently driving the Capricorn Digital Growth Fund focusing on investments in data driven companies mainly in the areas of digital healthcare/connected medtech and Industry 4.0 /IoT. Investments include Scaled Access, NGDATA, LindaCare, icometrix, Indigo Diabetes, FEops, Arkite and Sensolus. Cartagenia, Noona and Bluebee were all successfully exited to respectively Agilent Technologies, Varian Medical and Illumina.

Next to her role at Capricorn, Katrin is at present a council member of VARIO, the Flemish Council for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a member of the Supervisory Board of EIT Digital.
