Selectum Asset Management to become new investment manager of Quest Cleantech Fund - SICAV
Leuven / Antwerp - Capricorn Partners NV (“Capricorn”) has agreed with Selectum Asset Management NV (“Selectum”) that Selectum will take over Capricorn's role as investment manager of Quest Cleantech Fund - SICAV.
Quest Cleantech Fund - SICAV is a specialised investment fund based in Luxembourg. Capricorn is the initiator and investment manager of the fund. Quest Cleantech Fund invests exclusively in quoted equities. Since its inception 17.5 years ago, the fund has achieved a total cumulative performance of approximately 255%, which corresponds to an annualised performance of 7.5% (based on the performance of the C share class on 30 September 2025).
The transfer ensures optimal continuity and safeguards the interests of the fund's investors. The investment strategy and cost structure will remain unchanged.
Yves Vaneerdewegh, responsible for the portfolio management of Quest Cleantech Fund - SICAV and director of the fund, will leave Capricorn at the time of the transfer and join the Selectum team. Yves started in 2005 as investment manager of Quest for Growth's quoted equity portfolio. In 2008, he took the initiative to set up Quest Cleantech Fund. - SICAV The intention is to propose him as Managing Director of Selectum.

The transfer of management from Capricorn to Selectum is subject to the necessary approvals. The parties expect to finalise the transfer at the end of 2025 or in early 2026.
